Ken Cope

Mr. Cope has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, being responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of over $2 billion of investments during that time. Mr. Cope has held various executive positions throughout the real estate industry and is well regarded among his peers. Realizing an opportunity in the market for outsized risk-adjusted returns, Mr. Cope will lead the strategic direction of the firm by identifying target markets, assets, and ensuring superior implementation of the REth!nk business model. Mr. Cope recently joined as an employee and minority partner of Redevelopment Capital Partners, which holds a significant equity stake in REth!nk.

Scott Gray

Scott Gray is Managing Partner of Redevelopment Capital Partners and has 25 years of real estate experience. Mr. Gray was the Chief Financial Officer of ReNu Power Holdings until it was acquired by ArcLight Capital and he became an employee of Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS). He spent 11 years with Goldman Sachs & Co (New York City & Hong Kong offices) successfully completing many energy and real estate financing and acquisition transactions in the Investment Banking Department. Over the past ten years at RCP, Mr. Gray has focused on acquiring and re-positioning underperforming real estate assets, and over the past year has been extensively involved in developing a coworking site in Colorado. Mr. Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and currently serves on the alumni board at SMU.

Sergio Amelio

Sergio Amelio is a Partner of Redevelopment Capital Partners. Before joining RCP, he was a Managing Partner at HipoGes Iberia, the leading distressed debt and REO management company in Spain/Portugal with over €8 billion in AUM representing over 20,000 RE assets. Earlier in his career, Sergio was a Director at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs-owned platform for the management of portfolios comprised of investments in secured debt and real estate. Sergio received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Master Degree in Business Management (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern).
